Federal authorities conducted raids on Monday at the homes of American rapper and record producer Sean 'Diddy' Combs in Los Angeles and Miami, as well as his luxury properties.

The raids are part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation involving Combs, who is 54 years old.

TMZ confirmed the raids, reporting that armed federal officers descended upon Combs' LA home, while helicopters were seen flying overhead.

A representative from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York provided a statement to People magazine, saying, "Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation."

They added, "With assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available."

Combs, also known as Diddy, has faced a series of lawsuits in recent months, particularly from former girlfriends.

Douglas Wigdor, who represents plaintiffs Cassie and Jane Doe in legal actions against Combs, expressed support for law enforcement's efforts.

He stated, "We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct."

Videos posted by TMZ and Fox 11 captured the intensity of the raids. In one video, federal agents could be seen flying over Combs' California mansion.

Another video showed Combs' sons, Justin Combs (30) and Christian 'King' Combs (25), being handcuffed by police and questioned outside the property. Multiple individuals were interrogated for several hours, as reported by the outlets.

Combs has not been charged with any crime yet. However, allegations against him include sexual assault, rape, sexual battery, and human trafficking.

Five individuals, including ex-producer Rodney Lil Rod Jones, have come forward with accusations against Combs. Other accusers include Jane Doe, Joi Dickerson-Neal, and Combs' former partner, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura.
