Former High Court Judge Joseph Mbalu Mutava is dead.
Mbalu, who is the husband of Kibwezi East Member of Parliament Jessica Mbalu, died on Saturday morning as he was being rushed to Makindu Hospital in Makueni County.
While confirming the death, the family said the deceased was full of life on Friday and had attended a burial ceremony of a close family friend.
