1kg T-bone steak, cut into cubes

1/2kg onions

2 bouillon cubes
Salt to taste
1/2 cup white vinegar
3/4 litre water to boil
Coriander to garnish
2 green capsicums, sliced
What to do:
In a pressure cooker on medium heat add the oil, and sauté the onions until soft and slightly golden.
Go in with the beef and mix well, add the black pepper, crumble in the beef cubes, salt to taste and vinegar continue mixing well. Add water and give it a good stir, then cover with the pressure cooker lid cook for about 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, open the pressure cooker and add the pepper or capsicum. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes without the lid and your beef is ready to serve with rice or ugali. Enjoy!
