Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son, Quincy Brown, this week defended his dad following his arrest on sex-trafficking charges.
Through a post on Instagram, Quincy, who is the son of Combs’ ex Kim Porter and singer Al B, but was adopted when he was 3, said the truth will prevail and their family will remain united.
He added that a lot of falsehoods about his father had been spread on social media but they will support him to the end.
“The past month has devastated our family. Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiralled into absurdity on social media.
“We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. WE MISS YOU & LOVE YOU DAD,” he wrote.
This came just a day before Quincy announced a new project called It’s Just a Vlog which will show the behind-the-scenes of his family, including vacations and various highs and lows.
Last month, Quincy and his siblings – Christian, Jessie and D’Lila Combs – put out another statement condemning lies spread about their mother who died in 2018.
They said claims that their mother wrote a book were false and anyone claiming to have a manuscript was ‘misrepresenting themselves’.
The siblings said the demise of their mother shattered them and they are still coming to terms with her sudden departure.
“Our lives were shattered when we lost our mother. She was our world and nothing has been the same since she passed. While it has been incredibly difficult to reconcile how she could be taken from us too soon, the cause of her death has long been established…
“We are deeply saddened that the world has made a spectacle of what has been the most tragic event of our lives. Our mother should be remembered for the beautiful, strong, kind and loving woman she was. Her memory should not be tainted by horrific conspiracy theories,” they said.
