Today we make delicious Hungarian sausage rice casserole.
Ingredients:
4 pieces Hungarian sausages
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic mince
1 tablespoon ginger mince
2 carrots, diced
2 sweet pepper, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
3 cups basmati rice (cooked in five cups of water and salt until fluffy)
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
300g mozzarella cheese, grated
Method:
Slice the sausages and set aside.

In a pan over medium heat drizzle the vegetable oil.
Add the onions, garlic and ginger mince; carrots and sweet pepper and saute.
Now add the sliced sausages and mix well.
Add the tomatoes and cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft.
Transfer the sausage mixture to the cooked basmati rice.
Mix well and pour in the soy sauce.
Now put the rice into a casserole and spread it.
Sprinkle the cheese, and bake in an oven at 180C for about 15 minutes.
Garnish with grilled sausages. Enjoy!
