Spicy potato wedges
1kg boiled potatoes, cut into wedges
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon garlic mince
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon oil
Mix all the ingredients and toss them into the boiled potato wedges, then thoroughly combine. Air fry for 15 minutes or bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
Sauteed chicken
1 whole chicken cut into 12 pieces
1 teaspoon garlic ginger mince
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste

Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients and set aside for 2 hours.
In a non-stick pan add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add the marinated chicken and cook until slightly golden.
Now add the below:
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 capsicum, sliced
Cook until all the liquid is evaporated and the oil bubbles up.
Enjoy with potato wedges and sour cream/milk.
