French court to rule on whether magazine should pay damages for Kate Middleton topless snaps

A French court will rule Tuesday on whether a French celebrity magazine should pay 1.5 million euros (Sh183 million) in damages sought by Prince William and his wife Kate for topless photos published of the duchess in 2012.
