The duo began their special celebrations on Saturday, February 15, after Stephane Aziz Ki paid a dowry of 30 cows in a traditional "Mahari Day" ceremony. This was followed by a luxurious 'Nikkah' ceremony, during which they revealed their official wedding date. Hamisa's fiance, Aziz Ki, hails from Burkina Faso and was accompanied by fellow Yanga players as he delivered the bride price on Saturday. The entourage was led by Yanga Club President Hersi Said, alongside players Pacome Zouzoua, Bakari Mwamnyeto, Yao Kouassi, and Ali Kamwe, the football club's Public Relations Officer. She said, "This is where I've reached, having found someone with genuine love for me. Our souls are in harmony. I pray to God to guide us as we move forward with our plans." Aziz confidently shared that their love story began in South Africa, where their connection blossomed. "We met in South Africa. It was like something that had never happened before in my life. When I saw her, she gave me this hot feeling," Aziz said. However, before he could elaborate further, Hamisa quickly interrupted him, saying, "Inatosha jamani," meaning "That is enough."
