Petronila Kisui was one of the thousands of people who had marital woes creep into their marriage when the Covid-19 pandemic struck. The mother of two was a housewife when her husband, Martin Mukoma, lost his job and trouble began brewing.
“Things went badly. Having a small income we had not been able to save so we have really been struggling to make ends meet. It even affected our child’s education,” says Kisui.
