A heart-breaking clip of late NBA basketball superstar Kobe Bryant has emerged of him as a youngster announcing his dreams, including 'watching his children grow up'.
Bryant is 19 years-old in the video shot by The Grio, which was filmed in 1997, where he is interviewed by CEO of the company Byron Allen.
By that age Bryant was already on the senior roster with the LA Lakers, having made his debut for the franchise the year prior, whom he went on to play for his entire 20-year career.
When asked by Allen how he sees his future panning out after his retirement in years to come, Bryant responded: "Raise my family, that's a job in itself.
"So when I retire from the game, hopefully, God willing, I'll be married, have a couple of kids, be able to support them, take care of them, then watch my children grow up.
"That would be a perfect case scenario for me."

Two years later Bryant met his eventual wife Vanessa, who he married in 2001 and fathered four children with.
One of his daughter's, Gianna, 13, was travelling in the same helicopter which crashed in January, tragically claiming both their lives as well as those of the seven other people on board.
Along with wife Vanessa, Bryant left behind daughters Natalia, 17, Bianka, 3, and new-born Capri.
Even though Bryant was destined for NBA stardom, he still attended college whilst playing for the Lakers.
He adds in the video: "I want to have children and them looking up to good old dad and I'm telling them to get an education and go to school, they can look at me and say I never went to college."

In an emotional speech, Vanessa said of her husband: "He was mine. He was my everything. Kobe and I had been together since I was 17 years old.
"I was his first girlfriend, his first love, his wife, his best friend, his confidante and his protector.
"He was the most amazing husband - Kobe loved me more than I could ever express or put into words."
