Laban Cliff Onserio a business anchor at NTV has proposed to his girlfriend Laura Damaris.

Onserio popped the question on 31^st March during a trip to Kigali, Rwanda, where they had reportedly gone for an Easter getaway.

An evidently shocked Laura couldn’t hold back her tears and in one of the photos, she is seen crouching down in disbelief.

“She said yes!” an excited Onserio posted on social media.
