• Uhuru attended a church service with the new ADC in Ngong on Sunday
• An ADC's role is mostly ceremonial and follows the President whenever he goes out on official duties

The ADC, Lt Col Victor Mburu, accompanied the President to a church service in Ngong yesterday.

He replaces Col Peter Njiru, who has been with the President for more than three years, who is going for further studies.
