He was hospitalised for over a week after suffering from a breakdown and dehydration and now Kanye West has returned to the spotlight and hinted at his master plan after meeting the US president-elect Donald Trump.
The newly-blonde All Day rapper shocked fans and people worldwide when he re-emerged in the public spotlight in New York as one of Trump's visitors.
Earlier today, Kanye broke his Twitter silence to reveal exactly why he met the controversial president today.
But while fans joked about Kanye running for president in 2020, he then simply wrote: "#2024," perhaps hinting at his grand future plans and why he's speaking to the Republican president.
After lots of speculation, Kanye explained that he met with the 70-year-old to talk about "multicultural issues".
Writing on the social media site for the first time since October, he shared: "I wanted to meet with Trump today to discuss multicultural issues. These issues included bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago.
I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change."
The rapper caused much excitement when he walked into the New York building with his entourage in tow earlier today, along with Trump's daughter Ivanka and Kris Jenner's boyfriend Corey Gamble.
People shouted asking him why he was going to visit Trump, but a newly-blonde Kanye ignored them, heading for the lift.
Someone who was there when Kanye walked through the doors, wrote: "Kanye (and entourage) arrives for a meeting at Trump Tower. Real life."
Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on what the meeting could be about - with some even suggesting Kanye might be getting a cabinet position.
One said: "I am really curious why Kanye is meeting with Trump this morning...Possible cabinet position??"
One posted: "So you're telling me Kanye lost his mind, and one of the first things he did after was visit Donald Trump? He's gone bro."
And another wrote: "Kanye West at Trump Tower to serenade Melania with "Gold Digger" or vie for a cabinet position? #StrangerThings"
After their meeting, Trump and Kanye posed together for pictures as journalists asked them questions.
