Jay-Z and Beyonce have moved into their new seven-bedroom property at the weekend and are now residents of LA's Holmby Hills once more, paying monthly rent of Sh9.1 million.
It comes after they made their decision to leave their home in Bridgehampton, New York, to live on the sunnier West Coast of America.
A real estate source said: "Jay-Z and Beyonce had planned to move in last weekend but then the landlord broke the news that there was an Oscars party there.
"So they had to put their move off and wait a week. In the meantime, they, along with their daughter Blue Ivy, stayed at the Beverly Hills hotel. They love it there."
Beyonce and her husband didn't let the disappointment get to them. Along with the Drunk In Love singer's sister Solange, they were guests of honour at the Vanity Fair party after the Academy awards last Sunday.
Beyonce is now living close to her New Best Friend Kim Kardashian, who has just bought a mansion in Bel Air.
Now, instead have rented the mansion, which boasts a 75-foot long gallery, an infinity pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and a tennis court.
It sits within a 1.3 acre estate on an exclusive road in the uber posh Holmby Hills.
They are renting it but it is currently on the market for Sh1.8 billion.
Last summer they rented the same house for Sh3.2 million per month less but have managed to negotiate a cut-price deal by dealing directly with the owner.
Beyonce, 33, and her husband, 45, have enrolled their three-year-old daughter into a nearby private school which is costing them Sh1 million per year.
