Do we hear wedding bells?

After unveiling her South African lover two months ago, celebrated Kenyan singer Avril could be wedding soon, if word on the street is anything to go by.

After openly admitting that she was engaged to the young Kenyan-based South African investor, shortly after which the two left for South Africa for their New Year celebrations, the award-winning singer seems to have her eyes on the prize. A close friend told MondayBlues yesterday that Avril is indeed taking the relationship seriously.

“This one is for real. She is getting married soon,” the source indicated.

Avril had previously told this column that she is not in a hurry to wed her dream man due to cultural differences.
