Days after losing her fiance Charles Ouda, media personality Ciru Muriuki has appealed to the public to assist her in sending him off.

Through her socials, Ciru shared a poster requesting financial assistance in planning the funeral of the thespian.

In the comment section, several celebrities condoled with her.

Ouda's death was first announced on February 4, 2024, although the circumstances surrounding his demise are still unclear.

Earlier this week, Ciru shared a video originally posted by actress and screenwriter Michelle Kimani, who crafted a heartfelt tribute to Ouda.

Michelle portrayed him as a role model, a source of optimism, and a cherished figure within the film industry. Expressing profound sorrow over his passing, she extended gratitude for the opportunities he provided her.

"You were literally the man that everyone looked up to. You were so welcoming, you spoke positivity to me and every Gen Z actor out there. This is a sad moment not just for me, but for everyone in the film industry. You were a role model! You were loved by so many! Charlie, you will be sorely missed," Michelle wrote.

Before his demise, Ouda starred in various films including; 'Makutano Junction', 'The First Grader' and 'Count it Out'.
