Guardian Angel and Esther Musila have maintained that having children is not the number one priority in their marriage.
Speaking during an interview on Plug TV, the couple said they are focusing on their love at the moment and if God wishes they will be blessed with a child.
“Children are a blessing from God. A child is a bonus…if we get one it’s fine, if not we will still love each other.
“Assuming I married a younger lady and because of one reason or another she failed to conceive, would it be fair to walk away? Should she also walk away if I cannot sire children?” asked Guardian.
Esther, on her part, said people should let them choose what makes them happy. She is a mother of three from a previous relationship.

“I was the one who approached her for a relationship. She wanted to support me musically but I wanted something more. I never had any doubts. I knew she was the one.
“I found peace…she was the missing piece. I found love when I met Esther. I treat her well since she is part of me and I have never had any doubts,” he said, looking straight into her eyes.
A blushing Esther added that she was a bit hesitant at first because she did not know how society would react to such news, given their age gap.
“I did not see it coming…I even asked him, what would people say? But we sat down and agreed to go in full-throttle,” she said.

Guardian gushed over Esther, describing her as the best thing that happened in his life. He acknowledged that he is short-tempered and flips quickly but has learnt to apologise and accept when he is on the wrong.
“Once in a while we clash but it is often short-lived. I apologise quickly but that was not the case before. At times I even apologise when she is wrong just to ensure there’s peace at home,” said Guardian.
Their union attracted mixed reactions from netizens but the couple stated that they do not pay attention to naysayers and block any sort of negativity thrown their way.
“I do not tolerate negativity on social media. So many people have apologized for being mean to us but I have also blocked quite a number.
“I would advise those looking for partners to marry their best friend. Friendship in a relationship is the strongest thing you can have. When you can have a conversation about anything,” said Esther.
Adding: “That is one thing I have had with Guardian. He makes it easy to have a conversation with him. He will not judge me and vice versa.”
