Renowned Kenyan music group Sauti Sol has opened up on how they set up Sol Generations record, a label that has signed several upcoming acts including Crystal Asige, Bensoul, Kaskazini and Nvirii.
Speaking during a performance dubbed PassionEnt organised by NCBA through its digital banking service Loop, Sauti Sol told fans that the investments made in them have been reinvested in the budding artistes.
“We are grateful for the support you’ve shown us over the years. The money you invested has in return been invested in these young artists,” said Bien Aime during the October 20 performance.
The singing group further revealed that they partnered with NCBA Loop from April-July 2019 in a bid to motivate dreamers.
Through the partnership, Sauti Sol used their social media platforms to tell the story behind the music and how their passion grew into the success story that they are today.
