Gospel singer Bahati recently introduced his adorable 2-year old daughter Mueni Bahati to the world through his social media.
Mueni is Bahati’s biological child with his little known ex-girlfriend, whom upon investigation we found out to be Yvette Obura, who is half Kenyan half Ugandan. The two are reported to have had a thing around the time Mueni was conceived (obviously).
Despite Bahati and the adopted son Morgan having posted pictures of the little one on their social media accounts, the baby mama has not been acknowledged anywhere in words or in pictures. In a captioned Image of the father-daughter moment, Bahati said:
“Too many Blessings have come my way but 2 Years ago was the beginning of a special lifetime Blessing from God. Allow me to introduce to you the Angel that God blessed me with, My First Born Daughter- I PROMISE TO LOVE AND PROTECT YOU. I WILL BE THE BEST DAD FOR YOU @Mueni_Bahati”

There have been unconfirmed claims that Bahati has not been in Mueni’s life until recently as he had initially denied to have fathered her.
The two-year old now has an Instagram account with a reasonable following, which was created by the Groove award winner judging from the content this far and fans are not happy.
According to a concerned user @mueni___Bahati, the singer did not seek or receive consent to have the child in the public eye.
Before Yvette took down all her social media accounts, she refuted claims of wanting the singer back. The Melee surrounding the nature of their relationship and agreement thereafter raises many unanswered questions. Efforts to reach Bahati for comment have been futile.
