The once popular rapper, who rocked fans in Kenya and beyond the borders together with fellow rapper Abbas, did a major turn round in the recent past after he revealed he was born again.
Not the first time to declare this, he came out to say that he was done with secular music only for him to backslide.
However, after he had a dream about a Jay Z and Beyonce concert he had attended and the ground opened up swallowing everyone, that fermented his faith and he rededicated his life back to God. That was in 2013.
Fast forward to 2016 he narrated a story about his Ugandan fiancée Erika who was engaged in Satanism that left many with more questions than answers. His long post mentioned how Chameleone forcefully initiated her after taking her to the source of the Nile where he dropped two eggs in the river and recited some incantations.
Thereafter a big fish appeared and they jumped in then they found themselves at Satan’s kingdom. This horror story got the Ugandan artist all up in arms as he distanced himself from the said allegations.
Currently, the former K South rapper is now a preacher. Unashamed of the word, together with former secular artist Mr Googz the two were on an evangelizing mission just last month. Working on his gospel album, Bamboo has now dedicated his time to share the gospel when he gets the chance.
‘’This gospel of the Kingdom will be preached to the ends of the earth, and then will the end come.’’ He posted on his social media alongside a photo of himself standing in a podium.
