Rihanna has issued a plea to her fans to help find a missing dancer, who is said to have vanished on Sunday morning.

Shirlene Quigley, who has worked with the likes of Beyonce, Missy Elliot and Jamie Foxx, has worked with the Diamonds hitmaker for a number of live shows as well as appearing in her music video for S.O.S.

Rihanna shared a video of 32-year-old Quigley on her Instagram and asked her fans 45.3million followers to help find the missing dancer.

“This beautiful soul, and former dancer of mine is MISSING!!! My heart aches thinking of how heavy this is on all who love her!

“If anyone has seen or has any information on @shirlenequigley's whereabouts ..... PLEASE CONTACT the North Bergen Police Department,” the emotional star wrote.

While Missy Elliot also wrote: "SWEET CARING SPIRIT who is LOVED by MANY! I NEED YALL TO REPOST get this info out there! Please help with any information"

Quigley, from New Jersey, was reportedly last seen boarding a bus at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City around 1am on Sunday morning, however her destination is unknown.

The dancer's phone was also found at a wedding shop, police have reportedly said.

Quigley's father Brad reportedly became anxious when he didn't receive his usual evening call at 6pm from his daughter, according to NBC New York.

He suggested that his daughter may have been collecting items for a show as a reason she visited a bridal boutique, he also claimed that her family did not know whether she had been in a relationship or getting married.

But the outlet reports that Quigley is very religious and was staying celibate until marriage.

“What’s really odd is that, if she got married, she would so want me and her mother to be there. I don’t know what’s going on,” her father told the New York Post.

Police are reportedly treating the case as a missing person and reportedly do not suspect foul play.
