INGREDIENTS

Tanqueray Nº TEN 75ml

Vermouth blend 15ml

Connaught Bitters of choice 5drops

Lemon zest or olive

Ice

2.3 units of alcohol per serve

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

Mixing glass

Cocktail strainer

Martini glass

Method:

Mix all of the ingredients together, shake well and pour into a long-stemmed martini glass and let the weekend begin. Enjoy!
