A shopkeeper has been accused an elderly man of vomiting daily in his shop.
Albert Musoni allegedly assaulted Bernard Onyancha on August 20 in Muraa area.
The accused runs a shop on the ground floor while the compliant lives on the first floor above his shop.
Musoni has been complaining that Onyancha has been vomiting daily on his shop and this has resulted in lost business. He claimed that the vomit finds its way to the shop’s counter.
According to the prosecution, on the material day, Musoni bought iron sheets to block the mess from getting into his shop. The complainant reportedly wanted to find out what Musoni was up to. Police said that this degenerated into an argument before the accused assaulted Onyancha, claiming that he was ruining his business with vomit.
