Ali Kiba won accolades in five categories, outshining his main competition, Diamond Platnumz.
The categories which the Mwana singer triumphed in include: Best Entertainer of the Year, Best Song of the Year (Mwana), Best Bongo Fleva Song Composer (Mwana), Artiste of the Year and Male artiste of the Year, 2015.
Kiba took to his official Instagram to thank fans who have showed him undying support at a time when the ‘Diamond wave’ is sweeping Tanzania.
“Nawashukuru media zote na wote, kwa kweli pongezi nyingi zinaenda kwa my strongest #Teamkiba you are the best #Kingkiba_for_life.”
