England: Sam Miller has been hailed as the bravest person Jeremy Kyle has ever met.
The television host was visibly affected and almost moved to tears by the inspiring woman's story of survival after she was subjected to a prolonged horrifying ordeal by her sadistic ex-boyfriend.
She was repeatedly beaten and raped by evil Sean Johnstone and further violated when he broadcast the abuse to hundreds of thousands of people online as it happened.
In one sickening attack, the vile thug threatened to kill Sam if she didn't have sex with a Rottweiller.
But now Sam has taken the incredibly brave step of sharing her story in order to help other women, men and children at risk of suffering as she did.
"I couldn’t get away but there’s a lot of other people who suffer," she told Jeremy. "I need to help save other women, men and children who are suffering abuse.”
Sam met her vile ex-partner when they shared a cigarette outside a pub at a time when she was vulnerable.
“I had panic alarms in my house and he convinced me to stay with him," she added.
The abuse began almost immediately with him locking her in his house while he went out. When he returned he walked into the house and head-butted her.
“He kept going on and on. He pushed me against the fireplace. He said I was lying and I needed to admit the truth. Then the next thing I knew, I got this excruciating pain and flash.
"There was blood all over his face, all over the table and running down the table.”
But soon the abuse would escalate and plunge Sam into a truly horrific ordeal that she couldn't escape from.
Sick Johnstone nailed the windows shut and locked the doors so Sam couldn't leave the house.
“Pretty much every day he would beat me, he would rape me. I couldn’t say no because if I said no he would take it anyway."

Sam fell pregnant after the rapes but that didn't stop Johnstone, instead he got worse. "It continued and got worse," she explained.
The beatings and rapes while Sam was pregnant - which included him punching her in the stomach - led to the baby being born with severe brain damage.
Jeremy was forced to give a warning for the next part of the interview which detailed a dark turn in the sickening abuse, but brave Sam insisted she would tell her story to help others.
“I have nothing to be ashamed of," she said, her voice wavering. "While I was pregnant, he raped and beat me, he made a little room up, a single room with a double mattress on the floor.
"There were cameras and laptops. He closed the door behind me and told me he just wanted to talk to me. He fiddled with the laptop and the screen looked dark so I thought it was off. But he said ‘don’t be fooled by that.
“He beat me and raped me and ripped my nightie. Hundreds of thousands of people watched that abuse that night."
Depraved Johnstone had begun to live-stream himself abusing Sam over the internet where hundreds of thousands of sick viewers watched.
“I felt dirty, violated, degraded. There was many times I laid on that mattress next to him, and he was recording me while I was asleep. I used to pretend I was asleep."
Sam would pretend to be asleep in desperate attempt to avoid the abuse, but he would continue to rape her and broadcast it online.
In a further sickening act, Johnstone forced Sam to have sex with his pet Rottweiller while holding a knife to her throat.
Shaking, Sam said: "He got a rottweiler and he tried to force the Rottweiller to do things the man would do to a lady.
“Probably filmed it too because it was in that room. At knifepoint.”
He was jailed for 17 and a half years after Sam escaped and found the courage to face him in court.
"I was offered a video link, I said no, I don’t want him to think he’s still in control. I stood in front of him in court," she revealed.
Sick dad-of-five Johnstone was jailed for 17-and-a-half years after being found guilty on all 27 counts at Teesside Crown Court two years ago.
The charges included rapes, indecent assaults, and possessing hundreds of images of child sex abuse images and extreme pornography featuring animals.
After witnessing Sam's bravery, the host lauded her, saying: “I have never, ever in my entire life met anybody who is as brave as you. You are unbelievable.”
Jeremy then began to choke up after Sam thanked him and told him he reminded her of her late father.
“You remind me of my dad, you look like him and you have a heart like him," she said, forcing the host to choke back tears and wipe his eyes.
But even though Johnston is locked up for at least another few years - as new legislation means he will only serve half his 17-year-sentence, a paltry nine years from 2012 - Sam admitted she is terrified about what will happen when he's released because he threatened to kill her daughter in front of her.
“I’m scared out of my wit," she said. "He said if I got away he’d come and find me and he’d beat me to a pulp, kill my daughter and leave me helpless knowing that.”
