Raila and Karua were speaking in Mombasa County on Sunday, March 12.
They urged their supporters in Coast region to hold demonstrations against the Kenya Kwanza government ahead of the March 20 grand protest in Nairobi.
The leaders said they will go for Ruto on March 20 to force him out of State House if he cannot address high cost of living, open servers and involve Azimio in constituting the electoral commission.
Raila who addressed Azimio leaders in Nyali and later a rally at Caltex grounds in Mombasa County said Kenyans have a right to take back their authority through elected leaders in Parliament and county assemblies and replace the country's leadership.
"Kenyans can take back their power and pick their leader through their elected representatives in Parliament and the county assemblies," Raila argued.
Karua said the demonstrators will peacefully march to State House and 'help Ruto pack his language and send him to Sugoi.'
"We are coming for you on March 20 if you cannot address the demands we have given you," said Ms Karua at the Likoni rally.
Former vocal Mombasa governor and ODM deputy party leader Hassan Joho was missing in action yesterday.
There was no explanation about his whereabouts although governor Abdulswamad Nassir played host.
Raila urged his supporters in Coast to be part of the countrywide protests ahead of the Nairobi grand rally and procession.
"I am urging the people of Mombasa, Lamu, Tana River, Kilifi, Kwale and Taita Taveta to hold massive demonstrations. On March 20, Kenyans should turn up in large numbers in Nairobi," Raila.
He insisted Kenyans can take the sovereignty themselves and pick a leader of their choice instead of donating power to someone through the ballot.

Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka dismissed the Hustler Fund as a big joke as it had not improved the lives of many Kenyans who had borrowed from the it. He said there were many defaulters because the money had not brought any meaningful change to the lives of the borrowers.
