The first half of the year is almost gone and this is one of the best times to release video games.

Here is an overview of some of them.

Diablo Immortal: This is a multiplayer online action game with cross-save capabilities, which allows players to link their progress to their account and play across different devices. Players can create one or more characters to use in the game by choosing from one of six character classes available.

SpellForce III Reforced: This is a one-of-a-kind game that combines an epic RPG storyline with approachable real-time strategy features to create a thrilling console experience. A story-driven campaign is included, as well as a skirmish option that allows players to engage in battles on the game’s maps without having completed the campaign mode.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II – The Sith Lords: This is one of the oldest games in its franchise but it is undergoing a facelift, which allows players to enjoy the convenience of a handheld switch platform for the first time. The game takes place five years after the events of Knights of the Old Republic and 4,000 years before ‘Episode I: The Phantom Menace’ in a time when the Jedi have been nearly exterminated by the Sith. Here, you play as a former Jedi Knight exiled from the Jedi Order and you make choices that turn the Exile to either the light side or the dark side of the Force.

Mario Strikers. [Video Game]

Mario Strikers: Battle League: This is not your usual football game as it shies away from realism, in favour of chaotic, over-the-top gameplay. It maintains the main premise of the sport, where players manoeuvre players around a field in an effort to pass and shoot a ball into a goal to score points. It takes liberties with the sport, with aggressive tackles and attacks allowed.

The Quarry: This survival horror interactive drama video game is also played from a third-person perspective. In the game, the player assumes control of nine different teenagers who must survive a night at Hackett’s Quarry, making different decisions, which can change the character development, the plot, and the relationships between different characters.

Redout 2: This game has been described as the fastest racing game in the world. It is a tribute to classic arcade racing games and the sequel to the critically acclaimed ‘Redout’.
