Ousted Kerio Valley Development Authority (KVDA) Managing Director David Kimosop has moved to court to challenge his sacking.
Yesterday, KVDA management confirmed receipt of a notice from Mr Kimosop’s lawyer, Katwa Kigen, notifying the authority of the legal action.
