Kim Kardashian has confirmed she's expecting her fourth child with rapper husband Kanye West .
The reality TV star revealed she will welcome another baby via surrogate during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
She also revealed her fourth child will be a boy.
Kim, who was joined on the show by sisters Kourtney and Khloe, said the baby will arrive "sometime soon".
Her sisters were shocked she was announcing the news and Kim, 38, said: "Well, it's out there. I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and I told some people. I can't remember who I told, because I never get drunk."
She and Kanye, 41, are already parents to daughter North, five, and three-year-old son Saint.
The couple welcomed a daughter, Chicago, via surrogate last January.
It's been said that Kim will be using a different surrogate this time around.
Kim had another embryo with Kanye and it has always been their intention to use it to expand their family further.
A source told People that the pair had, "hoped to work with the same gestational carrier," but after that didn't work out, they are now, "working with a second carrier now that is pregnant and will give birth in the spring.”
It would seem that Kim is having a very 'hands on' approach to this pregnancy and, "is very involved with the carrier."
The woman is apparently local to Kim and Kanye, 41, and they are making sure the surrogate "has everything she needs," while Kim is 'going to doctor's visits with her' to ensure that the pregnancy goes as smoothly as possible.
It is dangerous for Kim to carry another child after she suffered from a placenta accreta after the birth of son, Saint.
