Sonko asks what he should do about blogger who insulted him- Kenyans give shocking responses

Nairobi County governor Mike Sonko took to social media asking followers to advise him on how to handle a blogger who insulted him. The governor on Monday, April 2 posted on Facebook a screenshot of a post by popular blogger Cyprian Nyakundi who had rained insults on him.

The governor asked his many followers what he should do if someone insulted him the way Nyakundi did.

“Good morning watu wangu. Kweli viongozi tunapitia mambo mingi mtu kama huyu hufanywa nini ama criticism aina hii inaruhusiwa?” Sonko posed.

Cyprian, known for his controversial posts and attacks on different people had launched a Twitter attack on the governor claiming he has only purchased oxygen tanks.

“[Governor] Sonko ananunua tanks of oxygen, na anawika ati vile amefanya kazi, yet these same tanks zinakuwanga na wasee wa welding mtaani,” read part of Cyprian’s tweet.
