You fought heavily for Uhuru and Ruto in The Hague. This a simple case and you don’t have to be an expert to know that formation of people’s assemblies is illegal and unconstitutional.

Raila should retire and enjoy his old age. It will be shameful for him to end up in the cells for treason. He is surrounded by learned people but it appears all of them lack strategies and wisdom.

NASA shouldn’t expect funding from the National Treasury for so-called people’s assemblies. The High Court has already declared them illegal.

I also don’t expect them to complain to the same court about being denied funding. They had the option of setting up a Pay Bill number for their supporters to contribute for them but they have resisted Safaricom. These people are clueless.

The AG has no right meddling in what is happening in counties. Counties have a mandate and can engage the people directly in their efforts to enhance governance.

Counties are free to run their affairs and they are not answerable to the AG or the national government or its agents. The people have a right to be fully engaged and involved in running affairs of the counties as has been happening, through county assemblies.

Githu Muigai is an incompetent AG and beneficiary of nepotism. He does not have a solid case to stop people from agitating against this illegitimate Jubilee regime.

These are rights guaranteed in the Constitution. Muigai is doing politics on behalf of his cousin and baptising it a legal opinion.
