Police in Kuresoi on Thursday arrested a 40-year-old man for allegedly defiling three minors aged six, seven and eight years.

Benard Ndungu was arrested at Temyotta village after the girls revealed to their parents that the suspect defiled them on Sunday.

Interviewed, the parents said that the suspect lured their children with sweets and warned them against revealing his act.

They said the suspect was well known to the three girls who are pupils at Kenjoketty Primary School in Kuresoi North.

Upon interrogation at Temyotta police station, the suspected conceded to having defiled the minors saying that he was invaded by the devil.

The victims are set to undergo a medical test before the suspect can be charged in a court of law.

The suspect is currently being held at Temyotta police station.
