It should be appreciated that this was the best-conducted election since independence. If there are discrepancies, show them.

We have stood for and behind Raila for long, but we cannot start to negate the democratic ideals that Raila has always told us to abide by for years. The election is over. Raila is simply shaming himself. He is putting himself up for ridicule.

The international community has agreed this was a well-conducted election. It is also the belief of many of us that this election used technology in the best way possible for a third world country. Let us build on this. Up to this point, many of us have parted ways with Raila. We lost this election pure and simple. Let us move on.

Zeb Amwoma, Nairobi

I would like to see Raila going to court with the evidence he has.

This election looks on the face of it to have been free, fair and credible. To bring the Tyranny of Lies (from Raila) to a screeching halt, the IEBC should be audited and all the processes interrogated including the "hacking claims".

I don't know why hacking is a factor here. As a Kenyan I would like to be reassured that we can finally trust the IEBC.

Besh Stevens, Nakuru

I fear that whatever he says, his followers will be triggered and become violent.

I find it hypocritical that he has been advocating that people follow the law, but now that the law is not favouring his desires/objectives, it is being set aside. It would be prudent that by now NASA would have collected, authenticated and brought in witnesses with evidence supporting the rigging claims.

By simply doing that, they would regain the trust and respect of many Kenyans who now see them as complainers out to raise tension.
