One bodaboda operator in Ogalo trading centre, Busia County on Monday suffered public humiliation after his wooing tactics backfired miserably.

It is alleged that the operator only identified as Richard poised as an M-pesa agent after seeing one beautiful lady who came at the M-pesa. Unfortunately, she didn’t find the attendant making her vulnerable for him to approach her.

Sources privy to this information further indicate that after playing his card well, the young lass withdrew Sh100 and upon asking to sign in the booklet but, Richard told her not to sign as he deemed it unnecessary.

The lady left just after being served by bodaboda operator turned Mpesa agent denying him a chance to pour out his heart.

When the Mpesa agent resurfaced, Richard confronted her demanding his Sh100. His worst fears were confirmed when he was dismissed and even threatened to be arrested for impersonating as an M-pesa.

The poor Richard left furiously cursing the lady he now termed as a con woman. The woman in question vanished to an unknown location as Richard with the help of other bodaboda operators searched for her without any trace.

The incident has left residents in shock as Richard is now leading a low profile since the incidence occurred.
