The search is on again for the next chairperson of the troubled Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.

However, news that retired Anglican Archbishop Eliud Wabukala is among those slated to battle out for the post is worrying. The commission has been going through so many challenges with subsequent bosses being forced out due to excess pressure from all quarters.

Sadly, Kenyan leaders are not ready about fighting corruption, and that's why any chairperson who comes in with new policies to net those who have stolen resources is thrown out.
