Britain is better off in the EU

In less than a month, Britons vote in a landmark referendum as to whether they want to stay or leave EU.

This is a defining moment for Britons that calls for candid discussions on the matter as the ramifications of their decision will be felt far and wide.

Much has been written about the merits and demerits of leaving or staying in EU.

Britain being Kenya‘s strategic partner in business, political, economic, military and diplomatic front, their decision will affect us.

Now, when one takes into account the imminent threats the world is facing - terror groups, climate change, Russia‘s expansionist policy and military aggressiveness, unpredictable and volatile Middle East, Iran‘s nuclear programme and North Korea‘s nuclear and missiles tests, Britain is better off in the EU.

If Britain leaves the EU, this will embolden the anti-EU activists and other busy bodies to focus on dismantling the NATO Alliance.

Britons must stay in EU and not play into the enemy hands! Britain will vote on June 23 whether to leave the 28-member group, with polls suggesting it could still go either way.
