The collapse of the Kenyan cases should serve as a lesson to the ICC, particularly the office of the prosecutor on collection of evidence.

The prosecutor heavily relied on third party sources and unreliable witnesses, leading to a weak case.

However, Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda came on board after the wheels of justice had started rolling. Her predecessor Luis Moreno-Ocampo should take the blame for taking Kenyans on a wild goose chase!

The Kenyan case proved a hard nut to crack with allegations of witness and political interference. Leading to the dismissal of all cases.
