Two terror suspects were yesterday arrested at the Isibania border in Migori County as they attempted to recruit Kenyan ladies to join Al shabaab terror group.
Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery said the two suspects were of Tanzanian origin and will be appearing in court soon.
