Nairobi, Kenya: The Court of Appeal has further pushed the digital migration deadline to September 30 and ordered Communication Commission of Kenya (CCK) to issue media owners with digital broadcasting license.

The three-judge bench made the ruling Friday in favor of the three media houses, KTN, Citizen and NTV.
