“The Power 250 is limited to persons who live and work in Western New York. It does not include owners of local businesses who live in other parts of America or the world,” said Donna Collins, Business First Managing Editor in an article published in the publication’s website. The professor is Dean and SUNY Distinguished Professor at SUNY Buffalo Law School and Chair of KHRC.
