Landlord nabbed in bathroom with teen girl

A landlord in Kericho County has gone underground after he was allegedly caught having sex in a bathroom with one of his tenant’s underage daughters.

The man in his 40s is said to have come to his plot in Chepkolon area on pretext that he was on a mission to collect rent from his tenants. But somehow, he dilly-dallied around till late at night.

“When the opportunity arose, the man instructed the primary school girl to sneak into the bathroom and followed her later before engaging in the act,” a source at the plot who requested anonymity said.

However, the undignified romp was not to last long as one of the tenants, on his way to the outdoor ablutions, heard the strange sounds of love making emanating from the bathroom and got tempted to push the door and investigate.

To his shock, he found the landlord and his tenant’s daughter arms locked around each other in an embarrassing sex embrace.

“Quickly the landlord pulled up his trousers and the girl pressed down her skirt. The landlord begged the man to keep quiet about it and even promised to waive the following month’s rent,” said our source.

But the good neighbour could hear nothing of it and went on to inform the girl’s mother about the incident as the disgraced landlord took the opportunity to sneak out of the premises and run for dear life.

More shock awaited the mother when she took her daughter to a nearby private hospital: Medical tests revealed that it wasn’t the first time she had had sex. The incident sparked off more revelations, among them that the landlord was a notorious sex pest who would rather have sex with single women on the plot than take rent.

“Kama wewe ni mwanamke single na hauna rent, anakuambia ulale naye ndio asikudai rent (he asks for sex from single women who cant afford rent)” a tenant said.

Some of the disgraced tenants who were yet to pay their rent have now vowed not to pay up, as punishment for his disgraceful act.

“Kumbe anakujanga kwa ploti kuwinda wasichana wadogo? Kwani hana bibi ama malaya wamekosekana?” a tenant wondered.

Residents now urge the police to investigate the matter and smoke the sex pest out of his hideout to face charges of defilement.
