State to crack down in dilapidated private schools in Likoni

Education officials will start a crackdown on private schools that lack equipment and teaching facilities in Likoni sub-county.

According to Education officials attending a leaders' security meeting at the Likoni Social Hall yesterday, 1,291 of the 1,680 candidates who sat the 2018 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations in Likoni scored below D+.
