Young male university students are turning to sex enhancing drugs, Campus Vibe can reveal.

The little blue pill is mostly used by old men who have lost their sex drive or suffer from low libido to help boost their energies, especially when their candidate is a hot blooded younger lass.

Campus Vibe has learnt that younger campus dudes who want to last longer in bed are finding it hard going natural and are now turning to Viagra.

Vincent, a third-year student at a local university says he has been purchasing the pill from an online pharmacy for a year now.

Like many other young men, Vincent started using the drug after his girlfriend dumped him for being lukewarm during their escapades in bed.

“After what was an annoyingly short encounter that night, I could tell that she despised me. She stopped picking my calls, and there was this look on her friends’ faces that was not funny,” Vincent told Campus Vibe.

“I got into my second relationship but avoided sex and only confided in my friend about my problem. He introduced me to an online pharmacy that did deliveries. I used this pill and the experience was way different. I lasted longer and I’m still with this chick. I don’t feel inadequate any more,” he said.

A fourth-year male student from yet another university told Campus Vibe that he supplies students with the drugs.

“I deliver the pills right to their hostel rooms, and they pay me well,” said the student.

Sandra, a fourth-year student at the University of Nairobi said:“I don’t think there is a problem. And I can’t really tell whether my boyfriend is on the pill. At the end, I want to feel good and not to make him feel inadequate.”

Speaking to Campus Vibe psychologist Ken Munyua said that with time, performance pills will become a necessity.

“The problem is that many of them just try it once, not knowing that they will get hooked and become addicted,” said Munyua. About why this is fast becoming a trend, Munyua said, “They could have heard that it makes you better or more vigorous, so they just try out.”
