Kenyan songstress Mumbi Georgia has expressed great excitement about the possibility of working with Jamaican reggae sensation Etana after two hooked up in Embu. Mumbi known for her unique sound and contribution to Kenya's vibrant music scene, recently took to social media to share her admiration for Etana, sparking excitement among fans and industry insiders alike.

Etana, whose powerful voice and soulful lyrics have earned her a dedicated global following, has been an influential figure in reggae music for over a decade.

Her music, characterized by a blend of reggae, roots, and conscious themes, has resonated with fans from all corners of the world. It is this powerful combination of vocal prowess and message-driven music that seems to have captured the attention of the Kenyan artiste.

"I first came across Etana's music and was instantly moved by her sound and the depth of her lyrics," Georgia shared. "She’s one of those artists who has the ability to connect with people through her songs, and I really feel that kind of energy. When we met we had a chat and she listened to some of my music, and she really liked Overcomer and asked me to do an English cover. It would be an honor to collaborate with her in the future."

"We're both on a journey to spread good vibes and positive energy," she said. "And working with Etana would be a way for us to share that message with the world in a whole new way."
