Nairobi; Kenya: Following introduction of a range of processed chicken products, Kenchic Ltd plans to use the latest technological advancements for added value in their meats.
Among the new products launched earlier are chicken sausages, frankfurters and salamis. Philip Carolan, the operations manager of Kenchic, said, "Today's consumers are increasingly health conscious and are concerned about how food is produced.
