The Nairobi Gallery recently launched the Kanga Stories, The Cloth That Reveals exhibition. The event celebrates the tradition of the lesso material that has become part and parcel of the Kenyan woman's wardrobe.
The multi-purpose cloth has been used to carry babies decorate houses, and is often worn as a fashion garment.
The event will see designs from Kenyan designers like Daliyha designs, Mohamed Bana, Bahati Clothing and many more.
