Prezzo UK should work from home and be happy, it's his way of giving back to society

I had no idea Prezzo UK was so estranged from his successor, Prezzo Bill Ruto, that the two can only communicate through newspaper pages. Or Twitter handles and Press releases.

And since we’re so keen on employment creation, a committee has been established to investigate Prezzo UK’s retirement perks. The crux of the matter, as I understand it, is that since his retirement two years ago, he hasn’t been paid his dues.

Well, some of it has been paid - when so much cash is due, you have to find a way of making staggered payments, especially in these tough times. As I understand it, Prezzo UK has had to pay out of his deep pockets to keep his secretariat running, managing his fleet of limos, etc.

But there is a sticking point: Prezzo UK wants to operate out of his cool pad near the State House, and not from Runda, which was acquired by the government for Prezzo Kibaki, who is now departed.

So, it’s down to a question of Prezzo UK’s taste, really, and not the location of the building, because he has a motorcade that he can use to breeze through the city without getting caught up in traffic like me and you.

I have a suggestion to make: Many of us have been working from home and we have not asked our employers to pay our rent. When you reach a certain age, as one of my relations like to tease, it’s our turn to give back to society. Prezzo UK should consider doing the same by working from home without making too much fuss about it.
