The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party, has cracked the whip what it termed as 'defiance' to the party.

On Wednesday evening, MPs voted to pass the Finance Bill report to the Third Reading Stage. Some 176 supported it while only 81 opposed the report.

Notably, a number of MPs allied to the Azimio la Umoja coalition were absent.
