Anti-Corruption Court has ordered an administrator at the Kisii County Government to refund the State Sh3.16 million he received as salary and allowances for 38 months.[File, Standard].

The Anti-Corruption Court in Nairobi has ordered Evans Nyaoga Rambeka, an administrator at the Kisii County Government, to refund the State Sh3.16 million he received as salary and allowances for 38 months.

The court ruled that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) had proved that Rambeka got employment as an administrator in Masige West Ward using forged academic certificates.
