Former Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) boss Halakhe Waqo yesterday confirmed that he was a loan guarantor to a furniture supplies company that won a Sh347 million tender to supply facemasks to the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (Kemsa).
